SAN JUAN DEL OBISPO
You will learn about Gastronomy, you will visit very enterprising families who make artisanal wine from the loquat fruit, you will be given a brief explanation of how the process is carried out, from its cultivation and sowing to its fermentation, you will also learn a little about religion since one of the oldest convents in history is located there. Likewise, a small workshop where they make completely artisanal chocolate, they will explain the process and you will have a small tasting of it.
FINCA DE MACADAMIA
You will be shown how they work and derive from them, oils, creams, chocolates, essences and many products that are 100% artisanal and free of artificial coloring. You will also be able to taste pancakes made with fresh ingredients and products made from this delicious nut.
CIUDADA VIEJA
It will be known from History, the modern municipal seat of the same received the name Old City for having been the Capital of Guatemala, before the earthquake and Flood occurred. The Guide will tell you in more detail and in depth its origin. You will visit the Central Park and its Cathedral, you will see that, in the background, you will be able to see the majestic Agua Volcano.
